What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Data filled in the contact forms of the website is sent to employees of Confidance in order to proceed and respond to them. Information can not be passed directly to the third party unless the client allows it to be.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Data of the client is being kept private in our database.
Data of the client can be shared with the delivery company as they make delivery of ordered products. Data shared with the delivery company contains contact information and shipping address of the client.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

The protection of your data is provided on several levels of security.
First of all, the website that is used for ordering is protected by the SSL certificate that provides secure connection between you and the website.
Server power used for website and protection functionality of hosting is high enough to protect any kind of predictable attacks made on the website in order to leak the data.
Employees and the delivery company has a contract based obligation to keep data given to them secure and kept only to themselves. They can not share it with any other parties.
Who has access to data
Employees of the Confidance have constant access to user data used in order to proceed with the orders of them.
The delivery company has access to the contact information used for the shipping of the product. This access is not provided on the regular process, only during the delivery.
IT company that is responsible for website durability and functionality has access to data in order to provide efficient functionality of the website.
